Having known Louise Baker (and her Team) for 20 years, there is no other Realtor in the NRV I would have even considered hiring to sell my house in Radford. I live out of town and wanted to get some improvements done to the house before listing it. She set me up with a roofing contractor who put a nice metal roof on and replaced the gutters, downspouts and did some vinyl siding repair. She then priced it right and walked me through some minor issues regarding the home inspection and the septic system.
