The local school district is Pulaski County Public Schools. The district has various elementary, middle, and high schools. According to Niche, the district supports around 3,988 pre-kindergarten to 12th-grade students. It has a student-teacher ratio of 13 to 1. Regarding academics, about 48% of the students shine in math, while an impressive 61% excel in reading, based on state test scores.
There are several elementary schools to choose from. First up is Snowville Elementary in the charming town of Hiwassee. Then there’s Pulaski Elementary, right in the heart of Pulaski, VA.
